WA’s official and mandatory training course for all licensees and unrestricted Approved Managers who wish to be accredited and apply for an Approved Manager card. A pre-requisite of the MLP1 training course is completion of the Responsible Service of Alcohol (SITHFAB021, SITHFAB002) course. If you have not completed your RSA, you can complete the combined MLP1 & RSA training bundle.

The Management of Licensed Premises MLP1 course 52863WA is available as a face-to-face classroom course at the AHA WA Hospitality Training Centre in West Perth. The Training Process
Register
Register and complete the WA Approved Managers, Course in Management of Licensed Premises (52863WA) training course online training course.
Step 1Certification
AHA(WA) Assessment submission is marked by qualified assessors. Successful submissions will promptly receive a Nationally Accredited Certificate.
Step 2Clearance
Apply for a national police clearance as part of your application. Please note a National police clearance (NPC) must be less than three months old from the date of issue to be accepted by the Department of Local Government, Sport, and Cultural Industries.
Step 3Application
Complete the required online steps at the Department of Licensing website before printing a form called an application summary to bring to a Post Office along with your training certificate and national police clearance.
